• We provide carpet removal for minor to moderate jobs only

• Service is charged hourly, with a one-hour minimum ($70/Hr.)

• if your card is not on file Payment is required before work begins (Then we will add your card to file) If paying cash or E-transfer we need payment before work begins.

• Customer is responsible for removal only (furniture must be cleared unless otherwise agreed)

• Disposal fees, charged separately once disposed of

🍂 Yard Waste & Leaf Removal

🚗 Vehicle Removal

• Service is charged at a flat rate per vehicle, discussed prior to service

• Vehicle must be accessible and approved prior to removal

• Customer is responsible for providing ownership documentation or authorization, if required

• Additional fees may apply for difficult access, missing keys, or special equipment

🌱 Small Landscaping Jobs

• We provide small landscaping services for minor to moderate jobs only

• Service is charged hourly, with a one-hour minimum ($45/hr.)

• if your card is not on file Payment is required before work begins (Then we will add your card to file) If paying cash or E-transfer we need payment before work begins.

• Service includes labor only unless otherwise agreed

• Disposal fees, if applicable, are charged separately once debris is disposed of

• Customers are responsible for the full cost of all required parts, added to a new payment

🚪 Small Garage Door Fixes

• We handle minor to moderate jobs only

• If your card is not on file payment is required before work begins (Then we will add your card to file)
  no cash or E-transfer for this work

• Services are charged hourly, with a one-hour minimum ($100/Hr.)

• For garage door repairs, any required parts must be ordered separately

• Customers are responsible for the full cost of all required parts, added to a new payment

• Service is charged hourly, with a one-hour minimum ($50/hr.)

• Items must be approved and ready for transport prior to service
